Packets are custom prepared for you so I need a count of participants.  The packets include the brochure with order taker, a money envelope since orders need to be paid for when an order is placed.  The front of the packet will have a space for the child's name and the date the fundraiser is due to be returned, with money.  Dates to start and finished need to be determined.

 

Please tell me how checks are to be made payable.  I print this on the front of the money envelope for all to see. 

 

Allow a day or two for late turn ins.  When ready, your organization will check the money envelopes to the brochure.  Detailed instructions will be included to explain the totals for different programs. 

 

The final profit percentage may not be determined until the total count is complete.  A few program's profits are based on sales.
